Doing every part of the business himself, one ineffectual VA, scattered, poor follow through, lack of structure and systems, 15K in revenue first year,

Strategy

Katrina joined as Chief of Staff. Structure, planning, operations and 6 professional and fabulous consultant support roles.  Max able to focus on innovation, marketing and client service.  

Result

380 K revenue at 3 years.  Katrina and Max took every 4th month off in 2022 and continue to prioritize their personal lives.
